咖啡拉花桃心圖的基本步驟:</p>
<p>
1.將牛奶緩緩注入咖啡中,注意把握好高度,不要破壞表面的咖啡油脂,牛奶的注入點決定了拉花格局和基本位置,我們選擇的牛奶注入點可以是杯子中心點稍微偏後一點。</p>
<p>
2.當杯中咖啡與牛奶已接近2/3容量時,注入點四周已經出現了一團不規則的“白色棉花”。此時放低拉花缸,並將其往後拖至咖啡杯邊沿上方,將生成的“白色麪糰”往前“推”去,形成一個圓形圖案。</p>
<p>
3.開始在原處輕微抖動手腕,左右搖擺奶缸,使得纖細的層狀線條出現並一層一層水波紋般向外推動成型。一個多層的同心圓圖案已經基本出現。</p>
<p>
4.咖啡杯逐漸擺正,與些同時將奶缸往杯子前點移動,使得此時注入的牛奶從同心圓中心點切過去,一直走到咖啡杯邊緣前點,這才停止牛奶傾倒收尾。心形圖案就此形成。</p>

咖啡拉花樹葉圖案基本步驟:</p>
<p>
1.將牛奶緩緩注入咖啡中,注意把握好高度,不要破壞表面的咖啡油脂。牛奶的注入點決花格局和基本位置,我們選擇的牛奶注入點正好是杯子中心點。</p>
<p>
2.當杯中咖啡與牛奶己接近2/3容量時,將奶缸略往咖啡杯前移動並降低些許高度,使得注入點前移。與此同時開始將咖啡杯緩緩放正。</p>
<p>
3.開始在原處抖動手腕,左右搖擺奶缸。使得弧形線條出現並一層一層水波紋般向外推動成型。</p>
<p>
4.將奶缸一邊左右晃動一邊往杯子後點移動,一直走到咖啡杯後邊緣後,這才停止晃動,並重新向前上收尾結束,與此同時咖啡杯正好完全水平擺正。</p>
