	<span style="font-size:16px;">這款讓人驚呼如藍色小精靈般的藍拿鐵，來自澳洲墨爾本的餐廳Matcha Mylkbar。它的製作原料並非水果中的天然色素或染料，而是來自讓人出乎意料的食材。</span></p>

	<span style="font-size:16px;">根據Matcha Mylkbar的官方Instagram上公佈，藍色拿鐵的成分，包含健康食品品牌E3 live的Blue-green algae藍綠藻、檸檬、姜、龍舌蘭蜜和椰奶。</span></p>

	<span style="font-size:16px;">儘管藍海藻並非我們早餐餐桌上的常客，更不會加入咖啡拿鐵中，但根據國外營養網站FitDay ，藍綠藻是生長於湖或池塘中，包含64種維他命，像是維他命A 、 B 、 C 、 B12和B6，以及礦物質的超級食物。</span></p>

	<span style="font-size:16px;">對於人體的功效，它具有提神、抗老化、並使皮膚更柔滑、頭髮更滑順，並能增強免疫系統。不只如此， 97%的藍綠藻組成物質，都很容易的被人體吸收利用。</span></p>

	<span style="font-size:16px;">鑑於其超高的吸睛度，目前「藍色拿鐵」已是顧客點餐食的熱門產品，更在菜單上有個可愛的名字「Smurf Latte」。且自從2016年7月Matcha Mylkbar在Instagram貼上照片後，點購率直線狂升，單一週末最高更賣出100杯。目前在Instagram上的咖啡廳打卡點，也有許多顧客上傳這杯藍色小精靈照片。</span></p>
