畢業了，大學生喊就業難，“專業不對口”“薪水不滿意”“福利跟不上”，似乎畢業就意味着失業，但記者在大學校園裏探訪卻發現，現在仍有不少大學生選擇創業，而且創辦得有聲有色，創業成爲解決大學生就業難題的 “金鑰匙”。</p>

<strong> 創業案例一</strong></p>

<strong> 小小咖啡吧，爲夢想“擺渡”</strong></p>
<p>
悠揚的旋律，精美的裝修，濃郁的咖啡香，暑期放假已經過半，但這家咖啡店依然聚着許多懷有夢想的年輕人。記者瞭解到，這家咖啡店就是今年的揚州市“十佳創客”——張志鵬精心創辦起來的。</p>
<p>
今年暑假，張志鵬帶領一羣大學生在這裏分享創業的經驗，到目前爲止，已經分別在揚州、常州、無錫、泰州設有6家合作創客空間或創客咖啡店。它服務大學生創客5000餘人，指導幫扶大學生創業項目100餘項，爲大學生創業提供一個優質創業平臺。</p>
<p>
張志鵬告訴記者，在自己創業成功後，就一直希望能夠幫助跟自己一樣有夢想、敢奮鬥的青年，所以以自己的“夢想吧”咖啡店爲交流平臺，創建了創客空間。現在創客空間分爲創業教育、創業實踐、創業幫扶三個部分，對每位創業者來說，創客空間沒有任何門檻，只需通過了創業答辯，即可入駐成爲創客空間的一員。</p>

<strong> 打造線上大學生交易互動平臺</strong></p>

像張志鵬這樣創業的大學生不在少數。去年暑假，動科學院的劉軍和陳代傑選擇留校，創辦“大學糖”工作室，“大學糖”是一個專注於打造全國最大的大學生交流交易的線上互助平臺。“一開始是劉軍和我想要都找點有意義的事情做，不想大學裏浪費時間。關於創業的想法幾乎不謀而合。於是我們一起參加了一些創業比賽，後來和張志鵬學長交流，他給了我們一些中肯的意見。”創始人陳代傑向記者說道。</p>
<p>
然而萬事開頭難，尤其是創業。工作室成立之初，他們尋找廣告合作伙伴，跑了好幾十家公司店鋪，但是屢屢碰壁。“把廣告印在複習資料背後是一個比較新的點子，很多人都很感興趣。但很多人不願做第一個喫螃蟹的人，終於在拉到兩家商家後，項目終於可以啓動，但是資金地點各種問題又撲面而來。”工作室成員被“問題大軍”弄得身心疲憊，但沒有放棄，最後通過精心籌劃、統籌安排，問題都被一一解決，項目順利啓動，他們第一次嚐到“苦盡甘來”的甜頭。</p>
<p>
“爲同學們服務是一件開心美好的事情，這也是‘大學糖’的寓意。”陳代傑表示說，“隨後我們將繼續發展校園服務業務，推出智能APP，添加一些新的元素，比如免費發放新生入學指南、揚大地圖等，擴大品牌效益。工作室主打做大學生服務的方向，採用‘B2C’、‘C2B’、‘O2O’等相結合的商業模式。因爲我們創業的初衷是‘學生自己服務自己’，我們只通過廣告投資賺取利潤。”現在工作室已初具規模，現已十幾位大學生加盟“大學糖”工作室。</p>

<strong> 創業案例三</strong></p>

<strong> “水果哥”創辦網絡水果平臺</strong></p>
<p>
揚大有一位出名的“水果哥”趙躍，他一手建立了三個校區的網絡水果快遞平臺——“果知緣”，同時以濃濃的水果之情牽起學子之間的緣分。現在他的平臺越來越大，吸引了各院校學子藉此平臺出售各自的優質產品，逐步實現自己的創業夢想。</p>
<p>
“最初建立‘果知緣’這個平臺只是想單純地賣些水果，幫助同學在足不出戶的情況下可以品嚐到新鮮的水果。”當問及“水果哥”的創業初衷時，他這樣回答道。</p>
<p>
創業之路非常艱苦，每天早晨天矇矇亮就要去農貿市場挑選新鮮水果。當買完一車水果回家，擦一擦額頭的汗後便立刻統計整理一天的訂單，傍晚送完水果，又需要爲明天的訂單做準備。</p>
<p>
如今，果知緣的平臺越來越大，平臺人數已高達7000餘人。趙躍告訴記者，希望將“果知緣”可以成爲具有幫助大學生創業，尋人尋物等功效的多功能平臺。通訊員 薛文 陳柳倩</p>

<strong> 政策扶持</strong></p>
<p>
<strong> 優秀大學生創業項目可獲10萬元補貼</strong></p>
<p>
據悉，我省每年都會遴選扶持一批科技含量高、潛在經濟社會效益和市場前景好的大學生優秀創業項目。入選的優秀創業項目每個可獲省財政10萬元一次性補貼，優秀創意項目每個可獲1萬元一次性補貼。我省鼓勵和支持這些優秀創業項目進入各地大學生創業園等載體進行創業孵化，並在場地租金、稅收、小額貸款等方面給予優惠和減免。與此同時，要求各地健全和優化創業項目動態跟蹤服務機制，指導入選項目及時錄入江蘇省創業服務綜合平臺，逐一跟蹤落地實施情況，引導符合條件且有需求的項目團隊到創業基地接受服務。</p>
