	濾掛式咖啡在國內很多時候被稱作&ldquo;掛耳式咖啡&rdquo;，最早追溯這個產品在中國的售賣還是在2010左右，在這之前即便是有也是極不多見的。多半也是&ldquo;好事者&rdquo;從國外帶回來的吧。這些&ldquo;好事者&rdquo;的這一無心善舉，客觀上推動了一次中國咖啡飲用方式的變革，在互聯網商務平臺的推波助瀾下，燒起了一把大火，據說國內最早開發這一產品的極睿咖啡公司在2016年已經賣到將近1,000萬包。相信其他品牌也是羣雄逐鹿，一派市場繁榮景象。</p>

	&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;現在很多朋友都對這種咖啡產品有所瞭解，尤其是給平時有飲用咖啡習慣的人帶來了不少的便利，可以說既有速溶咖啡的便利，也有現磨咖啡的品質。據說這一產品的發明和早期流行是在日本，這一說法應該是比較靠譜的，據最早開發這一產品的極睿咖啡公司介紹他們用的產品內包裝全部是從日本採購過來，而且他們自己也向日本市場每年出口不少。可是早起，我們中國人喝的濾掛式咖啡可是全從日本進口過來的，因爲價格昂貴市場上鮮有，一包也要將近10元左右，我還記得那時很多身邊的朋友不得飲用之法，有的撕開後直接把粉倒入杯中一嘴的咖啡沫，還有的直接丟入壺中的沸水浸泡。忍俊不禁的同時也能看出在這個產品的包裝上只有日文和英文的使用提示外，中文的竟然沒有！</p>

	&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;2012年以後，中國開始有了自主品牌的濾掛式咖啡，當時極睿咖啡公司從日本引進了全套的自動化設備開始生產這一產品，儘管投資不菲但產品很快受到市場喜愛。在這期間市場上也有一些國產濾掛咖啡產品，但是全部是靠買來現成包裝後再手工罐裝。這樣的產品對安全性和保鮮性都大打折扣，市場上一般的消費者也很難辨別。但現在這一情況得到極大改善，據筆者觀察在市場上已爲數不多。</p>

	&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;濾掛式咖啡憑藉其獨特的產品設計，很好的解決了人們在旅行，辦公或休閒時隨時隨地飲用咖啡的需求，只需要熱水和杯子就可以滿足。對繁忙的現代人來說方便至極。最稱道的是它採用現磨純咖啡，更加健康之外還可以得到咖啡廳裏的品質，即便是對咖啡品質比較挑剔的人也不失爲一種好的選擇。當下，隨着市場競爭的加劇，各路廠家開始對品質加以提升，尤其是極睿咖啡竟然還把高品質的特種咖啡用在了濾掛咖啡上，筆者試過之後也不禁內心點贊。</p>
